Most of the work is billed hourly, because it takes judgment, creativity, and a human touch. The more predictable work, like scanning, is billed per piece. That way, you only pay for what you need.
This balanced approach lets you pay for exactly what you need: structured per-piece pricing for mechanical tasks, and hourly pricing for the personalized, high-touch work that transforms your collection into a meaningful archive.

How Our Services Work Together
Every photo collection is different, and most projects involve a combination of services. Your project may include hourly organizing, per-piece digitizing, and one or more custom creations, all depending on your personal collection of photos and what you hope to do with them. Many people add services over time. There’s no rush to create the collection you’ve always wanted—we can work at whatever pace feels right.
Estimated costs for all services will be itemized and included in your Project Plan.
